Founder & Managing Director
Hayley founded Accommodate Management in 2012 with a clear vision: to provide a professional, transparent and customer-focused property management service that landlords and tenants could trust.
Having worked within the property industry since 2008, Hayley has developed extensive experience in residential lettings, property management, compliance and client relations. Prior to establishing Accommodate Management, she built a successful career within the advertising industry, working as a Management Accountant from 2003. This financial background has given her a strong commercial understanding and a keen eye for detail, both of which continue to benefit landlords and investors today.
Hayley is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and believes that honesty, transparency and communication are the foundations of successful property management. She takes pride in building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring that every property under the company's management receives the highest level of care and attention.
Under Hayley's leadership, Accommodate Management has grown through reputation, recommendation and a commitment to doing things the right way, always placing professionalism, compliance and customer satisfaction at the heart of the business.
YOHANA GABANES (MARLA)
Associate Director – Head of Operations
Yohana joined Accommodate Management in 2026 as Associate Director, bringing with her extensive experience in lettings, property management and operational leadership.
Having progressed through the industry from Property Manager to Regional Head of Property Management, Yohana has developed a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service, building high-performing teams and ensuring the smooth operation of residential property portfolios.
As Associate Director, Yohana leads the operational side of the business, overseeing lettings, property management, compliance and customer service. Her wealth of industry knowledge, combined with a practical and proactive approach, enables her to effectively manage the day-to-day challenges of property management while maintaining a focus on delivering excellent outcomes for landlords and tenants alike.
Yohana is particularly passionate about problem-solving, regulatory compliance and creating positive customer experiences. She understands that successful property management is built on clear communication, attention to detail and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
